This is a 45 minute full body side lying massage to calm and connect. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system and releases oxytocin. You follow the videos and then ask your child to turn over and repeat on the other side. It includes the head, back, legs and feet. Listen to your child and slow down, slow your breathing down, elongate the outward breath and connect with your child.

Co-regulation is the most important aspect of this massage.

Take time to get comfy, slow down, commit this time and put your child first. Massage releases oxytocin for you and your child and can calm your nervous system while you are calming theirs.
