My Journey Into Massage

Massage found me during a time of deep healing. I came to it through trauma, searching for calm - for myself and for my children. There were moments when words simply weren’t enough, yet through touch, I found a way to speak, to soothe and to connect.

What began as a way to bring peace to my own family became something much greater - a calling to help others discover the same. I’ve learned that our hands can hold more compassion and understanding than words sometimes can.

I have extensive training and certifications in baby massage, deep tissue massage, massage for mental health, additional needs massage, massage for trauma, domestic abuse, PTSD and sexual abuse, pregnancy massage, oncology massage, mindfulness and rebounding.

Using my knowledge and skills to compile this course, my hope is to empower parents to trust their own touch, to see it as a language of love and safety in a world that often values words over presence. Because sometimes, the gentlest touch can say everything.
